The cold drawn seamless steel pipe(also called Cold Drawn Pipe, Cold Drawn Seamless Steel tube) is including with seamless tube, high, medium and low pressure boiler tube, alloy-steel tube, anti-rust pipe and petroleum cracking pipe. We also categorize it by carbon thin wall steel tube, alloy thin wall pipe, stainless thin-wall thickness tube and more. Thickness available: SCH 20, SCH 30, SCH40, SCH80, and SCH160.
Cold drawn seamless steel tube offers better surface quality, external appearance, and size precision than the hot rolled product. It is normally used to build the structure of precision instruments, hydraulic equipment, and steel sleeves etc.
Both two-high mills and three-high mills are regularly used to produce cold drawn seamless steel pipes, and products produced by three-high mills have higher precision and accordingly comparatively higher cost. All products produced by our company have inner and outer diameter precision up to standard, and also offer high inner and outer surface smoothness, roundness, and straightness. Production Processes

Round tube blank → heating → piercing → annealing → acid washing→ oiling (copper plating) → cold drawing→ semi-finished tube → heat treatment →straightening → water pressure test or flaw detection → marking → warehousing.
